We will try our best to ensure that the products are in good quality, however from time to time due to the nature of the fashion products, there may be defects which we omitted, do bear with us and inform us. We will do a replacement for you based on our return & exchange policy.
For defective or damaged products, please e-mail us below to arrange for a return or exchange.
Exchanges can only be done directly with the label themselves according to their respective policies.
This means that you may request for an exchange with the labels.
Note: You may not do any cross-label exchanges.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.
All returned items must be in unused conditions with all original tags & labels attached.
Conditions for refunds:
- Item is defective.
*Excludes: orders made with promotional codes, sale items, intimates, swimwears, accessories, and bags.
